Research

The aim of our research group is the development of efficient methods that allow the identification of hit molecules for protein–protein interactions as targets of high pharmaceutical relevance. We study small molecules, peptides, peptidomimetics, and peptide–small molecule conjugates as potential therapeutic modalities and we address their typical pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic roadblocks at the early screening phase with the aim of identifying molecules with superior properties for further evaluation as drug candidates.
